Here's where the ruled work surface comes in handy. (NOTE: If you do not have a ruled work surface, a regular ruler will work just fine.) Use a sharpie marker to mark the bend locations on your wire as shown by the red dots in the photo. We will form the actual bends, in the next step, with the pliers shown in the background.
